Your lawn, simply beautiful. Brad's Lawn Care provides high quality lawn mowing services in the Washington, Morton, Germantown Hills, and East Peoria area. We treat your lawn as if it were our own-rest assured that we want you to be pleased when you arrive home and appreciate your beautiful lawn. While most customers entrust us to maintain their lawns all season, we do offer short term or one time mowing services as well. Our full time customers enjoy our leaf cleanup services during the fall season. Our machines handle grass clippings and leaves simultaneously, so visits throughout the fall months keep your property looking well-kept.   Brad's Lawn Care offers seasonal snow removal services in Washington and Morton. Each snow event can prompt a different approach for handling the snow. Depending on the amount and consistency of snowfall, we employ an arsenal of equipment including shovels, snow throwers and blades attached to our mowing units that allow interchangeable attachments and flexibility to apply the right equipment for each winter storm. This means you will never see a truck-mounted plow or other heavy equipment which could potentially damage your property. Our services begin with at least a 2 inch snowfall threshold and we can handle any amount nature decides to bring our way. 

  When it comes to your property's exterior, you really only get one chance to make a good first impression. And nothing adds to your home's curb appeal like a fresh layer of hardwood mulch. While premium dyed hardwood is our most popular choice, we can install non-dyed hardwood, cedar, cypress, black, red, or any other color and texture of mulch that you prefer. Typically, March is the best time to install mulch as you will be able to enjoy your beautiful landscaping all season long. 

 Our 5-step comprehensive fertilizing program includes weed control, specifically with the first two applications in early and late spring with pre-emergents for preventing weed germination. Spot spraying weeds throughout the season is also included with our full service program, typically during the same visit to apply the fertilizing applications in late spring and early summer. We do offer one-time weed control applications-while some properties respond well with one application, others may require two or three visits to totally eradicate a more prolific weed outbreak. Our licensed technicians are committed to delivering the best results for your lawn even with those tough to tackle weeds such as nutsedge and creeping charlie.  

Core aeration is the process of removing cores of soil from the ground. Spring or fall is the best time to perform aerating services. It can reduce soil compaction, help smooth out turf surface, aid in the reduction of thatch-related problems, and help in promoting thicker, healthier turf with superior resistance to weeds, diseases, and insect pests. Often, aerating is used in concert with overseeding in the fall to help establish deeper root systems and access to vital nutrients in the soil. 

Autumn brings holidays, cookouts, football, pumpkin spice everything and yes, lots of leaves. We specialize in fall leaf cleanups which are an integral part of our regular services for full time clients. We have the equipment and capacity to haul away leaves or dispose of them on your property if you have a place to go with them.
